  This was a very good Cracker Barrel when first opened and under corporate guidance. Now that it has been left to be more autonomous, the local Columbus influence has started to have its affect and the decline has begun. Quality control is lacking from time to time on what the will choose to bring out to customers. Time between refills can sometimes be longer than preferred. They very often have MANY (50-75℅ maybe) empty tables and still make parties of two have to wait to be seated. They are now keeping the room lights fully on so it is too bright and not inviting. Most of the time the food and staff are good which keeps me coming back. However, the increase in deficiencies is noticed by many.
