  Service was absolutely awful. Burger was microwaved. Waitress had another Waitress bring out our ticket. I watched her shove guy our way with ticket. Wonder why she wouldn't come back to our table. Sure she new we were fed up with waiting.

  We had an early dinner around 4pm so it was not busy. We ordered the Bourbon Honey Mustard wings which is a very mild wing flavor. The wings we received were hot and the fries were overcooked and cold. We complained to the waitress and her only suggestion was to add another sauce to the wings we already had. Also, I have never seen dark brown honey mustard with peppers in the sauce. We complained but that was all that was done to fix the problem. When we called the manager Tyler, later about the problem we were told we ate enough of the food so he would not be making anything right. We weren't trying to get a free meal...Just trying to let him know there was a problem. He also commented that we should have complained more. I assumed complaining to your server in a calm voice is all that needed to be done. No scene is required. This manager Tyler would not be professional enough to even give his entire name.
  
  FAIL IN EVERY WAY. Definitely will not be back.
